Web-based management portal - Access your assets and data in real-time via the intuitive web-portal which leverages the latest Microsoft Silverlight technology providing the flexibility of a web-based application with the processing speed and responsiveness of a desktop application.
Real-time fleet management – All of the information collected by Air-Trak’s GPS units is transmitted to your web-portal in real time. Scheduled position reports, geo-fence entry and exit notifications and safety alerts arrive within seconds of the event.
Street maps and satellite view – The map display leverages Microsoft’s bing™ map layers, allowing users to view both road and satellite map images. Filter the information displayed on the map by selecting which information categories you want to view by individual vehicles or groups of vehicles.
User-selectable capture intervals – The data capture interval can be set as frequently as every 15 seconds up to minutes or hours.
Replay historical data – The replay function gives you and your customer service team the ability to replay events of interest or search for vehicles near a particular event or at a given time.
Advanced search – Search your database by asset, location, time, work order, or any other item recorded.
Work order management - Enter work orders through the Web-portal, batch import work orders from external sources, or integrate your existing work order system through the Air-Trak API. Combine work orders into work packages for easy dispatch to particular driver or vehicle.
Geo-fencing - Geo-fences can be created on a point of interest, line, polygon, or geographic element. Using geo-fences you can monitor your workforce by exception. You can establish reports, alerts, and notification by entry, exit or both. Report by time of crossing, by negative exceptions, and by hours of operation.
Proof of service - Demonstrate timely service with GPS time stamped location and event history and verify that workers arrive and depart locations at the appropriate time.
Route management – Create stop-based routes by work order packages, addresses, and expected service time. Monitor deviations as they occur. For high volume routes create coverage-based routes using geo-fenced areas and then monitor percent completion and by time. You can also batch import routes from external sources, or integrate your existing routing system through the Air-Trak API.
Standard and custom reports – A variety of reports come standard and can be run automatically on a customer designated schedule triggered by time or event or reports can be requested on-demand. Here is an example list of standard reports:

Integrating Air-Trak’s software with existing applications allows you to extend the features and benefits of not only the Air-Trak system, but also existing applications.
